Terms : The agreement will be with effect from the while you use the site or as long as you remain a member of site. Membership can be terminated at any time just by writing to Kammavar Varangal.com. Incase of Kammavar Varangal.com terminating your membership because of any infringement of the terms herein, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees if any.

Non - Commercial use by member : The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, as it is concerned with the use of individual members. In such cases, the site can cancel the registration & can take legal action against such registrants civil (or) criminal.

In case of any technical difficulty in viewing our site or getting our services during the stipulated period of subscription, then the foresaid period will only be appropriately extended to compensate the inconvenience.

Refund of the subscription under any exceptional circumstances will only be made via cheque drawn in favour of the subscribed member, within a period of of 30 days after receiving any such request. 

Other terms of use by members:

• You will not retrive any information from site to misuse and misguide transmit any junk mails nor engage in any advertising and buying and selling of any products. The site has the right to monitor the members conduct and is its sole discretion to cancel the registration in case of any violation of rules.
• Kammavar Varangal.com owns & retains the proprietary rights in the site, other than the client information. The site contains copy righted material, patents, and other proprietary information.
• Kammavar Varangal.com may delete any content that in the sole judgment of the site that violates the terms and agreement witch is not legal.
• The paid members will be able to view details like user contact details who have permitted their contact details to be visible,
• The client is solely responsible for the content that he publishes on Kammavar Varangal.com. The site may ask for providing any form of evidence supporting the content published or posted by the client failing which registration may be terminated.
